Tabbed subforums

Hello!
I want to know about 2 stuff's.

1 stuff: 2 boards from 1 software - like AB (sub)forums is in one board and CD (sub)forums is in two board. Just both boards are from one software (so same statictics and same users & posts)
Is that possible? It would be like that: topforum.domain.com and boardAB.domain.com

2 stuff: In forum homepage there will be 3 tabbed (General | Games | Offtopic | ...)
All subforums is hidden on forum homepage and shows that (sub)forums (defined with tab)
General tab will show this on forum homepage:
\ General
\ -- Feedback
\ -- Another forum

Games tab will show this on forum homepage:
\ Games
\ -- Runescape
\ -- Online games

Offtopic tab will show this on forum homepage:
\ Offtopic
\ -- Stuff
\ -- Another forum2

etc...
If possible, then how?
