Will pay for Rotating Ad banner install/help

hi guys.. My site is getting sponsors faster than i can research and learn how to accomplish things on VB.. I need a Hack that will allow me to add multiple sponsor banners to one advert slot and set how long they stay up before the next one rotates in.. ive messed with some banner rotators and there either not compatible with VB4.2 or I just cant figure out how to make them work.. Please help. Id like to discuss cost and the program features up front.. thanks
