Fetch Avatar from other website

Hi guys,

Is anyone able to assist me quickly with fetching an avatar from another website using the functions_user.php file?

In short, I'm going to have a profile field where a user types in their account name for the other website, then I need it to fetch from the site.. i.e http://www.OtherSite.com/Users/Avatar/accountname

Hope that make sense.
