RSS feed using tags?

How do I create an RSS feed to an external site using tags? Lets say I have external page about gadgets, and I want to have a <div></div> section that includes the ten most recent posts that have been tagged with the term "gadgets"?

Is there a mod for this? I'm using 4.2.0 PL 3. Or can someone point me into the right direction to accomplish this? Thanks!

One thing I might add is that guests can't see tag pages. Any idea how to overcome that?
