OK ive done something while doing mods and template changes and Ive tried to back track, this is my last option. Heres what Im getting.

When i create an article im not getting 2 colums anymore, the publish ect features are all below the main text box, but creating a static page or php page the 2 colums are still there. Also if someone tries to use quote to reply it doesnt work, as well as profile messages are very low, have to scroll way down to get to them and if i select other options to view in profile they all have to be scrolled down to view.

I usually always check functions after making changes but these slipped past me and now I have no idea how to fix them, ive even re uploaded all my script files and still that way, im at a loss. Any help would be appreciated, if anyone else has ever came accross these issues
