How to change URI of sections in the CMS

The default sections had URIs such as mysite.com/forums/content.php/2-Travel

I can go into AminCP > vBulleting CMS > Section Manager and I can change section titles in there, but I can't change how the URI appears. There's a white cross in a green circle and another icon in the shape of a pencil, but if I click either of them I get the same pop up screen and no option to change the URI.

So my section title says iPhone News but the URL still shows the original content.php/2-Travel

Any idea how to change that?
