Allowing Moderators To Approve Registrations

Hey everyone,

I did some searching but couldn't find anything that applied to the 4.x version. I need something that will allow me to have super moderators, moderators, etc (not administrators - I'd like to keep access to the admincp limited to myself) approve/moderate user registrations if possible. Or something that will at least let someone else approve memberships, as I won't be around enough to keep up with this on a daily basis.
