User Groups Problem

Whenever I make changes in "User Groups" and click "save changes", it gives me the error message such as

There seems to have been a slight problem with the Formula 1 database.
Please try again by pressing the refresh button in your browser.

Database error in vBulletin Control Panel 2.2.2:
