Disable Reputation by Usergroup

Hi all,

Been trying to find a mod for this for quite some time but none of them seem to do exactly what I want.

I want to be able to disable certain usergroups from being able to both give and receive reputation.

I'm happy for either one of the following solutions:

User to opt-in to disabled Reputation by selecting yes to a custom profile field and/or;
Usergroup option > Enable/Disable, global option.
