"Likes" and "Share" feature

vBSEO has a feature that allows users to click a "like" and/or "share" link. We've stopped using vBSEO on our forum, but it causes a strange anomaly of replicating the links in the section where comments for articles are posted. And, vBSEO won't correct the problem.

However, I would like to have the feature where users can click a link to "Like" or "Share" a post.

Any suggestions about how this might be implemented?
