Recaptcha enabled only on sendmessage.php page, but disabled on register.php page

I have turned off Human Verification on my site. I do not want it on my (customized) register.php page. However, recently I started to receive hundreds of spam messages daily via my contact form's sendmessage.php.

Is there a way I could enable human verification only for the contact form page?
