Signatures and home pages

Hi Guys
is it possible to set VB4 up so that signatures and home pages only show for regular posters?

So they need say a minimum of 10 posts before their signature and homepage will show and if they dont make at least 1 post every week it goes again until the next time they post

This would be an excellent mod as it would stop free loaders who just want free advertising
