Huge problem with stylevars, please help!

I upgraded to the newest version of vBulletin, and now my stylevars won't work. When I click on any option, instead of loading the adjustments, it loads a 404 message in the window. I e-mailed a support ticket, but evidently you only get 30 days of support after purchase....

This is what they told me, but no info on how to fix it: That is a valid url, however your wordpress install seems to think its a 404 page.
