403 Forbidden Error Message

Hi

I have been trying to start a Monster Links page on our forum but it will not allow me to post more than 4 to 5 links per post before I get this message:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /editpost.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Have other previous posts where I have included 20+ links with no problems
