New Installation

HI Guys

I want to install a New Vbulletin as due to so many errors in previous Installation
and with the new Installation can we restore the database(my sql ) to the new installation

can i have Guide lines how to restore the database(my sql ) to the new installed vbulletin
My sql size is 650Mb ( help me in restoring a big database also )-- i will be using cpanel
