Help with forum

Hello. I am hoping some vbulletin pros can help me here.

Our site is www.sonsofvalour.org/forums

The first thing is that the forums looks squareish in IE9 but nice and rounded edges in Firefox.

Second is to do with users profiles. The text is white and I do not know how to change it to make it readible.

The third it that I have ranks enabled and I have assigned post values corresponding to higher US military rank badges.

However they dont appear even though the path is correct to their location on the server.
