Wrap PHP page with vBulletin Header/Footer - aMember

Hello,

So I using aMember software with vBulletin (using the CMS package). vBulletin is controling all the content and menus, but aMember handles the payments. I want to wrap the aMember softare with with the header/footer from vBulletin (so they share the same look and feel. same menus and so on).

Any idea on how I can make this happen?

vBulletin is in the root dir
aMember is in ./amember/
