Reputation rating system..

Can someone guide me how can I change the reputation system to numbers like Reputation: 0 and members can leave reputations as +1 / -1 / 0 and it can be viewed on the post bit..

I am looking for something like this... if there's any similar mod for this, I would be glad if someone link me to it. If not help me how to edit the settings to have the changes I am looking for.
