Twitter Feed Thread on Vbulletin. Possible?

Consider the following:

A category/thread on the forum that would pull in the twitter feeds from our main forum account automatically and publish them as posts on the forum. Then the members would be able to reply to those posts .

First, is that stealing content from Twitter?
Second, is that possible?
