Can mods access certain parts of Admin CP?

Hi guys

Is there any way I can allow my moderators to access certain parts of the Admin CP, or to add certain parts of the Admin CP to the Mod CP?

I would like the moderators on my forum to access the 'Notice Manager' section so that they can add/edit notices. I've been looking around but as yet not found a solution. Can anyone help please?
