Filezilla Help Needed

So I have the forum up and running and I am wanting to change the top banner again. I know the original file is vbulletin4_logo.png

I haven't messed with filezilla in over a year and I am all signed in, but dont know which folder or directly to choose so I can begin to update things on the forum, such as the header/banner. I just can't remember how to find where they are in filezilla so I can update them. Thank you!
