i need style and mod

it's style and mod, style to make the forums listed with category(parent forum) above them, and mod to add more usefull stuff which i explained below:


i want to make the forums look like a list, example:
music is a parent forum, and rock, pop are child forum. it will look like that:

music
-------
rock
pop

as you see in the picture above, there is an option to hide the parent forum(category), why? for example: adult content.

as you see in the picture above, when you hover a link, the last post and more details apper on the bottom of the forum, and above the forum.


after you choose to hide the parent forum(category), the category will vanish and a writing below will ask you if you want to show the parent forum(category), as you see on that picture:
