I remember I was working for Super 8 Hotel Chain, we were installing a new computer system in the office, when the flash came on the news. We just stood there stunned, and watched as the second plane hit. I remember the owner of the property coming out and standing and staring with amazement with us. It still seems surreal that it's been 10 years ago now.
