Would like a mod similar to this

Ive been looking for a good Donation tracker mod and ive found none that are what i am looking for. If anyone would be willing to create something like this i would be grateful. It does basically needs to have a donation page with a donation goal and a bar to track progress, top donators, a little side bar optional, a link beside the forums button on the main nav bar, a point system to update there title to donator, a PayPal verified button and anything else awesome you may want to add.
