Missing tabs
I recently got an admin spot on one of my favorite forums, well I started to make some changes and now I am missing tabs.
To get into more detail I made a second user group and made it mimic what was set to our registered usergroup. I then removed just about all the permissions from the registered users so they are forced into making a post in our introduction thread, after they introduce themselves they get auto-promoted to the new usergroup I made "Authentic Users" and they get all there permissions as they had before. This was done to effect the people who just sign up to get them to post in the right place before they can rain terror on our forum. I thought all was well until yesterday I had someone tell me that they are missing tabs. This is what it should be looking like This is what it does look like to the new user group everyone is in As you can see it is missing like 3 tabs. I have went a checked all the forum permissions I could find and but this option is no where in the forum permissions. I would like to add that if they click on a link that would normally go to where one of the missing tabs would take them the link works. For some reason. Any help would be greatly appreciated |
