BB Code question

Sorry, I think I explained it wrong. I went to the add new bb code in the admin control panel.

In the Title, I entered BB code List

In the BB Code Tag Name, [ url=Option][/url ]

In the Replacement, <a href="{option}">{param}</a>

In the Example, [ URL][/URL ]

This is the understanding I got from reading the Explanations and BB Code List. Most of all this is my first forum, this BB Code is new to me, and I am a little confused what to enter.

I only used spaces in the brackets for this post only. I understand the code won't be read with spaces.
