Yea i am looking into the "adv_links" but they aren't the ones that time-out, (as i previously thought they were the culprit.. after testing i found that they were able to run fine)
It's the others that time-out almost every time by themselves.

If i go to repair/optimize, then select ALL, then un-check those 7 it'll run fine. but if i run any one of those 7 tables individually they time-out (nine out of ten times)
So i can only guess that they are more of an issue than the adv_links.
