Frontpage Slideshow in CMS?

I can't seem to get the planets to align just right so I can get this to work. I'd like to have it on "PHP Direct Evaluation" page, but I'm having no luck.

I have VB Publishing Suite 4.1.4

I have FPSS loaded onto my test site and I have a test page working. http://www.southwestmm.com/test.php

Any ideas?
