Help- Spam Bots

So Ive been getting swamped with a bunch of bots, just spam like "xhrehfdhohgfd" with emails like r.ic.h.a.r.d.n.a.t.@gmail.com
Non stop. I had 906 of them about 8 hours ago, went back on my site a few minutes ago and there were 20 new ones !

How can I prevent these bots from being created ? please help
