How do I get this scrolling linked thumbnails on forum home?

This forum has what would be a great mod for my travel forum that I am building still. Could not locate the mod that would have such an effect.

Can any one please guide me to the mod if there or let me know how to do such - such a scrolling thumbnails would be great addition for a travel site.
