Thread Prefixes addon need

Thread Prefixes addon need，

such as i click medicine Prefixe，it show all threads with medicine Prefixe ，

such as i click job Prefixe ,it show all threads with medicine Prefixe
so we don't need so many subforums.

i have not find it.
