Integrating Joomla with vbulletin?

Im considering to integrate Joomla with vbulletin. A successful integration would mean:

seamless login integration
seamless styling integration
usergroup permission integration
new posts / content integration

1 & 2 can be done with Jfusion.

Does anyone know if it is possible to create custom usergroups in Joomla?

Does anyone know if Sphinx search can be used to create a new content overview that shows both vbulletin and joomla results?
