Subscribe to threads you started, or new post warning

Hello.

I was wondering if there is a mod or configuration that would allow us to:

1. Subscribe to all threads we started (not all we have posted into)

2. Show a blinking image on the top when a new post was made on a subscribed thread.

Anyone?
