Hide Reputation Button

Please can somebody do a mod to hide or grey out the "Give Rep" button on a post once a user has given rep to that post? All the "Thanks" mods I have seen hide their buttons in similar situations a matter of course.

It would also be nice to remove rep already given just as you can for the "Thanks" mods.

I can't imagine why vB didn't make these features a standard part of the rep system, they seem such obvious things to include.
