Question about a conditional

good am using the following conditional

Code:

$thread[postusername]

to get the names of users who have created the topic, but this conditional displays the name of the normal users, without the html tag without the user's

Code:

username

I tried to replace

Code:

musername

by this conditional, more does not work, someone has knowledge about this?
