Forum as a sub forum and a main forum

I have a new requirement on my board that I'm going to need to make a new forum which will appear as a main forum on forum home. But I also need it to appear as a subforum of one of the other forums. (even though when you goto it the nav bar will show it as a main forum)

I thought it might just be a matter of saying if forumid=XX then include this a subforum but seems not

.

Can anyone help with this?
