Private Message Mod

Hello,

I have the forum in which Private Message is a Paid Subscription, hence user have to pay a subscription amount to avail the service of Private Messaging.

Am looking for a Mod that should do the following.

a) When a non-PM user is sent a private message, they should get a notification saying, "You have received a private message from X. However, you need to sign-up for paid private message access to read this message. Please sign-up here".

b) When a username is clicked the drop down should have the option "Private Message this User" regardless of whether the user has PM access or not. When a non-PM user click on that it should show the message "Inorder to contact a user in private, you need to sign-up for private message access. Please sign-up here!"
