Need some serious HELP

I'm not sure where to post this but I could use some serious help on fixing a website that uses vBulletin. There were mistakes made and there is no backup. Anyhow the site is www.huntingdonsite.com and the forums are at www.huntingdonsite.com/talk/ I need to get the talk section to look like the rest of the huntingdonsite. I don't know if i should do a reinstall and start from there or not. Everytime I try to get the header to look right I get it very close in Chrome and other browsers but IE is way off. I don't know what all was changed originally to get it all to work but as of now it doesn't.
