ebay search box on forumhome

My forum is 3.7.4, and I have an ebay affiliate account (EPN).

Can someone tell me how they do this, they have an ebay search box inline on their forum home. I'd like to do the same for my "Auctions" forum in Market Place, and I'd like to make sure that it send people to the ebay search results with my EPN affiliate (rover) code.
