Sort members into usergroups?

I was wondering if someone can make a mod that will sort members into specified user groups after the member fills out a questionaire or quiz and based on the answer they get sorted into a specific group. Is their a way to do that automatically without having to create the threads and having them post and change it ourselves I think this would be a useful mod to many!!!
