background fixed image

how can i setup a image for background so that it shows on either side of the
body and is fixed ?
I can get it to appear on left side, but how can i get it on right side as well ?

also, would like to see it move or resize based on the size of teh browser window ?
i can get image fixed on left side
but, when resizing the window, i can only get the body to resize, not the background image
