Yes. It was utf8 bin problem. I changed all tables into utf8_general_ci but it didnt helped.
I had to make backup of database, change coding in database (i opened it and changed strings in base from utf8_bin into utf8_general_ci), saved database and import via phpadmin back... Then i had to merge one user wuth other (his name was Gege and secons user was gege - small letter on begin), and i rebuilded search in maintence. Works fine now.
