Images Needed

I bought a skin and I cannot open the PSD. It was created in CS3 and I need 4 buttons made for it to match.

Then I need the header logo text changed to match my domain name.

Also need to know the variable so when I add a theme the buttons will show up in the skins image folder rather than the main image folder.
