Need A Coder

I hope I am starting this thread in the correct section. If not, mods kindly excuse and move it to the proper section.

I am an admin of a site that is close to 4yrs old and the VBulletin of the site is as old as the site. I became the admin few months back and I am a noob to it all (promoted based on my activity). Vbulletin site shows that our VB license expired in March 2007 itself and no one ever bothered to fix it.

I am contacting here to see if I can get any coder to fix the site completely but by migrating the current stats. I would appreciate if someone could give me some tips.
