Integrate GoogleMaps with vBulletin

I just came across something I was looking for for a long time...

I would like something similar as this to be integrated with my vBulletin so that those who answer Yes to all the questions at registration are allowed to join one of three permission groups. One group operates regionally like Alberta Canada and they could approve those in the second permission group who are in charge of the city, and the third permission group are meeting places within the city who are approved by the leader of the city. All automated. That would be so cool!
