Update who's online OUTSIDE forum.

Hello all,

On the forum you got this:
There are currently 25 users online. 14 members and 11 guests
Most users ever online was 31, Today at 05:11 PM.
<listofonlineusers>

This will get updated if you are on the forums, but how can you manually update users/guests currently viewing? I have a frontend website without the vbulletin modules, and I would like to update the list there too.

How can I do this?
