Apache/2.2.16 (Unix) mod_ssl problem

i have now aweek my forum with problem

this massege apeare

The requested URL /install/install.php was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

so when i order the index page Redirect to http://www.saad6.com/install/install.php

note : i delate htaccess file dont desolve problem
