Simple Hack to create pages for vBulletin?

Hello,

I remember a Hack that allow to create easy pages and templates for vBulletin, but I don't find it. Can you help me to search it? Or, Can you suggest me the best Hacks to create a vBulletin pages from Admin Control Panel?

The Hack allow to create a vB page from vB Control Panel, no need to create manually php files or other.
