500 Internal Server Error when clicking on a post.

Hello Everyone,

On my test forum I am running 4.0.6. Whenever I click on a post I get the Internal Error. I have also disabled the Hooks/Plugins and it comes up with a database error.

Also not all the options are showing up under ACP - Maintenance - Update counters. The list stops half way between the Rebuild Search Index.

Anyone have a solution for these? TIA.
