What does it mean if someone's last visit was "N/A"?

I'm trying to PM someone, I see they have over 1,000 posts but the time of their last visit is recorded as "N/A" on the members list.

Obviously they've been here, they've posted before.

I'm just trying to gage if they are active or not - any chance they will get my PM...
